We’re looking for experts in customer service to join us on the Holiday Extras campus and become part of our award winning Contact Centre Team. We are not your average call centre team, our mission (and yours if you choose to accept it) is to help our 4 million customers ‘Travel Better’ whilst delivering a customer experience that is different to any other. We want our Travel Consultants to be the voice of Holiday Extras! You will use your expert rapport building and customer service skills to identify the best products for our customers, playing your part in ‘making every trip a better trip’. You’ll be inquisitive and have a genuine interest in your customer’s trip, helping them to get into the holiday mindset whilst creating a memorable customer experience.
As someone who thrives on working towards individual targets and delivering excellent service you’ll also be part of a wider team, taking part in our regular contact centre incentives like (Battleships) where our teams battle it out for prizes and glory. You’ll also be passionate about your performance and work alongside your Team Manager to be “the best version of you’ so you can earn those extra bonuses!
You’ll have a warm, friendly, inviting tone of voice and the ability to adapt your approach to each customer. You don’t necessarily have had to have worked in a contact centre before, but you should have worked in a customer service environment delivering a first class customer experience. You can be guaranteed however, that no two days will be the same.
We’re looking for super flexible full and part time people who are able to work across our opening hours.
Full-Time – 37.5 hours – you will need to be fully flexible across our opening hours of Monday – Friday 8am til 11pm and Saturday – Sunday 8.30am til 8pm.
Part-Time – 16 and 20 hours – you will need to be fully flexible across our opening hours of Monday – Friday 8am til 11pm and Saturday – Sunday 8.30am til 8pm.
