We talk to around 1m customers a year and our aim is to make each holiday experience a positive and memorable one. We believe in providing outstanding service that results in Holiday Extras ‘Making Travel Easy’ for every customer.
The Contact Centre is made up of teams that manage inbound calls, emails and live chat. Some of our consultants work from home and we sell a range of products, including: airport parking, hotels, lounge passes, insurance, rail travel and a number of essential extras.
We are currently looking for team members to join us on a fixed term contract until the end of September/October 2017 to help us during our busy summer period.
You will be the voice of Holiday Extras; From making a sale to helping a customer book and amend their holiday add ons, you will be dealing with a variety of inbound calls everyday.
We don’t believe in ‘pushy’ sales or offering products to our customers that aren’t suitable. You will take a genuine interest in where the customer is going on their trip to get them in the holiday mindset & create a memorable customer experience. Through building meaningful connections with our customers, you can establish the customer’s needs, tailoring the service you provide and identify additional sales opportunities.

As someone who gets a buzz from closing a sale whilst delivering exceptional service, you love working towards targets and enjoy the healthy competition within your team.
You will be working in one of our 3 teams with around 20 other people and will report into one of our experienced Team Managers.
You will have complete ownership of your own performance and will receive regular development from your manager to continuously improve your performance so you can earn those extra bonuses!

We’re looking for super flexible full and part time people who are able to work across our opening hours. In order to truly delight our customers you may be asked to “flex up” your hours and assist with higher call volumes.
Full-Time – “Core Flex”: 30 Hours – “Full Flex”: 37.5 Hours – you will need to be fully flexible across our opening hours of Monday – Friday 8.00am until 11pm and Saturday – Sunday 8.30am until 9pm.
Part-Time – “Core Flex”: 16 Hours – “Full Flex”: 20 Hours – you will need to be available 3 evenings per week Monday to Friday until 11pm and 1 day at the weekend between 8am to 8pm.
You will be given notice if you are required to work your “full flex” but can be guaranteed your “Core Flex” hours each week!
In order for you to be the best you can be, we have put together a 2 week programme to help you get the most of out your new role. We have 4 taking place over the summer in May & June.
