Senior Marketing and Campaign Manager – Shortbreaks

Up to £35k DOE (plus profit share + benefits)

12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are Holiday Extras Shortbreaks. We work with the UK’s biggest theme parks, attractions and West End shows, ensuring over half a million customers a year make their free time count. An innovative and entrepreneurial travel-tech business, we are proud to run like a startup (even after 10+ years of ever growing success) and are rated as a Sunday Times Top 100 Company to work for.

Who we’re looking for...

An experienced Marketer with previous brand and digital marketing experience. You’ll need to demonstrate that you have broad experience in launching new offers, planning awareness campaigns and identifying key customers and how to target them.

As the role requires developing marketing strategies for our shortbreak partners, particularly during need periods, the ideal candidate will know how to showcase well thought through briefs including calculating ROI’s. You will need to deliver long and short term marketing campaigns across multiple channels and have a clear strategy on how to monitor and report on the effectiveness of each campaign.

We are also looking for someone that can demonstrate experience in branding ideally within a travel environment with the ability to understand and drive market share by appealing to larger demographics.

What we’re offering...

The opportunity to work in the best marketing team in the world (we think) and have the design resources to help you put your ideas into practice. Holiday Extras is a liberated working environment, where you will be encouraged to learn from other departments, and you’ll be constantly inspired and challenged to grow.

Best of all, you’ll be working for a Times Top 100 company in the heart of the Kentish countryside. Our custom-designed barn in rural Smeeth has a fabulous open-plan office space with kitted-out meeting rooms, a kitchen, a quiet room and some space to chill out on the decking or play a round of swingball in the summer. You’ll love our barn so much, it will almost seem a shame to take advantage of our home-working policy and flexible hours on a company Mac laptop. Add in days off on your birthday, summer barbecues and our annual easter egg eating competition and you have no reason at all not to apply.

  • Driven to achieve, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Team player – someone who thrives and achieves their best when working in a team
  • Advanced Marketing qualifications (CIM preferred)
