The Role

We’re looking for an experienced people manager to join us as a Developer Coach on the Holiday Extras campus and become part of our expert team. You will be joining at an exciting period of exceptional projected growth; the workload is fast-paced, but the atmosphere is fun.

We want our Team Coach to bring their brilliant coaching and management skills to drive the performance of our incredible engineers by helping the team achieve their goals and perform at their best. You will be motivating and inspiring and can expertly balance people’s individual needs with the needs of Holiday Extras.

You will be part of our growing web team and work collaboratively within our Pod structure to support the delivery of great products, booking flows and apps for our customers.  

You’ll have several years of experience managing people and have a strong level of technical understanding. You don’t necessarily have had to have been a programmer yourself, but you should have worked in an agile environment where performance and delivery are key. Depending on your background, will also depend on what other areas of the web team you get involved with. You can be guaranteed however, that no two days will be the same.
