Contact Centre Team Manager – 9-12 Month Maternity Cover

We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to join us on the Holiday Extras campus and become part of our expert team. The workload is fast-paced, but the atmosphere is fun.

We want you to bring your brilliant coaching and management skills to drive the performance of our incredible Travel Consultants by helping the team achieve their goals and perform at their best. You will be motivating, inspiring and able to expertly balance people’s individual needs with the needs of Holiday Extras and most importantly the customer.

You will be part of our growing Contact Centre Team and work collaboratively with other Team Managers to support the delivery of great service, bookings and team development. You will be comfortable delivering feedback and able to use relevant data and metrics to coach and drive the performance of your team members.

You’ll have several years of experience managing people and a strong background in customer service. As an energetic individual you will focus on driving performance whilst keeping your team engaged. As a resilient and determined individual you will be able to cope with pressure and adapt to changing situations quickly. You can be guaranteed that no two days will be the same.

You will need to be available to work across our Contact Centre opening hours Monday to Friday 8am -11pm and Saturday & Sunday 8.30am – 8pm, on the following shift pattern

Week 1 – Monday to Friday 3pm – 11pm

Week 2 – 4 days per week Monday to Friday 1pm – 9pm plus 1 day at the weekend 8.30am – 5.30pm.
